SEED OIL FREE BEEF BOWL RECIPE

A beef bowl is a simple yet delicious dish. It's quick to prepare and can be spiced up with toppings.

This dish pairs perfectly with Masa's seed oil free tortilla chips. You can eat it with a fork, but it's so much better with chips.

1. Gather your ingredients

half pound of grass-fed beef (per person)
1 tbsp butter or seed oil free cooking oil
salt or taco seasoning
optional toppings: rice, salsa, egg, kale

2. Heat pan and cook beef

Heat your seed oil free cooking oil (preferably butter for this dish) in your pan over medium-high heat. Add your ground beef and flatten it out as much as you can.

3. Season beef

Season your beef with salt or taco seasoning depending on your preference.

4. Flip beef and break it up

After your beef cooks for a minute or so, flip it over and begin to break it up with a spatula. Continue this until your beef is fully cooked in lots of small pieces.

5. Add toppings

The beauty of this dish is that it can be super simple on its own or more complex with toppings. You can add rice, salsa, kale, or even an egg to spice up your dish.

Don't forget to try this dish with Masa's seed oil free tortilla chips. You can eat it with a fork, but it's so much better with chips.
