SEED OIL FREE ROASTED VEGETABLES WITH GHEE

1. Gather your ingredients

Carrots, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower
2 tbsp ghee
Salt, pepper, rosemary

2. Preheat oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
