SEED OIL FREE POTATO CHIPS RECIPE

These seed oil free potato chips are crispy, delicious, and easy to make. Perfect for a snack or as a side to your favorite dishes.

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Slice Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife for even cooking.

3. Season Potatoes

Place the potato slices in a bowl. Drizzle with melted butter or ghee, then sprinkle with salt and your preferred seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.

4. Bake Chips

Lay the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
